Final Submission, CLOSED: Authors are requested to submit technical papers of at most 5000 words, not including figures or references. These papers should be written to be self-contained and to provide the technical substance required for the program committee to evaluate the paper's contribution. Papers that exceed this length will be rejected outright. Papers submitted to or published in another conference or journal are ineligible for this conference. Papers will be submitted using a web-based electronic submission process.
