Sponsorship

HPDC is the premier annual conference on the design, the implementation, the evaluation, and the use of parallel and distributed systems for high-end computing. The conference is single-track and highly selective; historically the acceptance rate has been around 15-20%. HPDC generally attracts 160-200 participants (when including the satellite workshops).

HPDC'15 is a perfect opportunity for increasing the visibility of a product or company and for recruiting the brightest students from across the globe. We hope you will join a world-class group of sponsors, which in 2014 included the US Department of Energy, NVIDIA, SIGARCH, EMC2, Indiana University Pervasive Technology Institute, COHO Data, PGI, The University of Arizona, and the NSF.

We have a number of sponsorship opportunities and we would be happy to work with you on what works best. Here are some examples using dollar figures from existing and previous sponsorships:

  • Sponsorship of a conference award such as best poster. The awardee would receive a plaque, recognition on the web page, and possibly a sponsored gift of some kind. (Intended level $3000)
  • Sponsorship of keynote speaker(s). (Intended level $3500)
  • Sponsorship of social events such as the conference reception or dinner. (Intended level $5000+)
  • General sponsorship. (Intended level $2000)

Sponsor's logo will be prominently displayed at all conference events, on the conference web site, as well as in any conference materials. If requested, complimentary table space for materials and literature, and distribution of additional promotional materials will be provided. In addition, there is the possibility of a sponsor presentation during the event. All sponsorships include one or more complimentary registrations for sponsor representatives.
